ReAnimator

ReAnimator is an open source tool for digital artists. It is not designed as a tool for professionals and dosen't take years to master. 
Instead I encourage you to simply mess around and see what wacky things you can create. 
ReAnimator allows you to create a wide range of graphics effects by simply connecting nodes together. It works similarly to the node editors in software like DaVinci Resolve or Blender.

Once you have created you effect you can apply it to a large number of images using the batch edit option or you can share you effects and associated assets by exporting the project as a .repj file (able to be opened by other people with the software installed)

As of writing this there are ~40 nodes currently available.
